Um Mami Harvest Festival Dinner @Melting Pot Morocco, Targa

This event is free but registration is essential, limited to 20 people. 

Um Mami Melting Pot Morocco’s current cohort will be making a special dinner to mark the second Spring Edition of Harvest Festival Marrakech. Working with seasonal produce and with products from the High Atlas Cooperatives, the cohort will produce a three course menu using their acquired knowledge from the programme and their personal backgrounds to present us with an inventive and inspiring evening of gastronomic creativity revolutionising Morocco’s food heritage. 

Bio: The Melting Pot Foundation was established in 2011 by culinary entrepreneur Claus Meyer, co-founder of Noma, the Danish three-starred Michelin restaurant also ranked best restaurant in the world several times by 50 Best Restaurants. Melting Pot is a commercial, non-profit foundation with a charitable purpose. Through activities that have food, culinary craftmanship and entrepreneurship as recurring elements, the Foundation aims at improving the quality of life and future opportunities among vulnerable and marginalized population groups in Denmark and abroad.
