Golo Besmlah is a project space situated in downtown Amman, housing the activities of Noura Al Khasawneh, Areej Huniti, and others interested in collaborating with both animate and inanimate forms to create moments of reconnection with nature and the sublime. Whether through rehabilitating public spaces, creating installations within gallery settings, mobilising artists around geopolitical challenges like food sovereignty and land restoration in the Fertile Crescent, or collaborating on incubating other initiatives, Golo Besmlah seeks to create soft encounters in the everyday, offering alternative rhythms that nurture a sense of being entangled in the world.
