Growing up in Sarte, a tiny village in the south of Zagora, was more than just a childhood; it was a sensory journey, shaped by flavors, scents, and memories. In Zagora, dates are more than just fruit; they are part of our identity, our rhythms, our hospitality, and a way of honoring the gifts of the desert.
