High Atlas Food Market
High Atlas Food Market, Culinary Arts Museum, Medina, Marrakech
Join us at our new partner venue The Culinary Arts Museum, in the heart of the Marrakech Medina for the 9th edition of the High Atlas Food Market, organised in collaboration with our partners The Moroccan Bio Livelihoods Association.
You can expect to meet cooperatives selling food items and health and beauty products from the High Atlas and Souss Massa regions at prices that challenge the more commercial markets in terms of both quality and price. Expect to find honey, herbs, cheeses, nuts, biscuits, grains, oils, and many natural beauty products.
This year we have invited Youth for Climate Morocco to lead two workshops during the market on Sunday 27th October. These workshops give our cooperative leaders the opportunity to engage in collaborative learning and sharing around the question of protecting our shared environment, which our cooperatives have a great deal to teach us about. These workshops are also open to the general public for all to join.
The opportunity to host the High Atlas Market at The Culinary Arts Museum is a great alignment for our cooperatives to engage with an institution aimed at celebrating and educating publics on Morocco’s rich culinary heritage. We thank them for their generous support in enabling us to run the market at their newly renovated and stunning venue.
