Harvest Festival Supper Club Spring Edition @El Fenn [POSTPONED]

Dinner will be served on the beautiful Toubkal terrace featuring a special High Atlas Harvest menu. The courses will be introduced in greater detail on our special menus.

Melon gazpacho with harissa almonds

Carpaccio of Artichoke, pesto With Argan oil, Rocket salad, parmesan shavings

Poque bol Multi-cereal couscous with seasonal vegetables

Mains

Chicken Beldi with Argan oil and candied lemon

Barley couscous with vegetables and chickpeas

Risotto with prawns and Spinach with Seafoam bisque

Roasted Broccoli, Hummus with Squash , corn pearls and walnuts. 

Desserts

Pineapple Carpaccio with Verbena Syrup, Gazelle horn crumble, Saffron ice cream

Crêpes Suzette with honey

Lemon Tart with saffron
