Harvest Festival Supper Club @ Jnane Tamsna

The fifth edition of the Harvest Festival Supper Club will take place at Jnane Tamsna Hotel in the Marrakech Palmeraie.  The menu has been created by Chef Driss Aloui, with organic wine pairings by Emmanuelle Mélia of Val d’Argan:

Mango, cucumber and spiced halloumi salad, honey ginger lime vinaigrette

Val d’Argan blanc 2021: 90 dhs for a glass (125 ml) or 400 dhs for a bottle (75 cl)

Chicken thigh à l’étouffée then grilled over charcoal, turmeric cauliflower

Val d’Argan rouge 2020: 90 dhs for a glass (125 ml) or 400 dhs for a bottle (75 cl)

Vanilla gelato, diced mango, cardamom syrup, slivered almonds

Val d’Argan rosé 2021: 90 dhs for a glass (125 ml) or 400 dhs for a bottle (75 cl)

500 dhs per person, payable by cash or card on site
