The sixth edition of the Harvest Festival Supper Club will take place at Jnane Tamsna Hotel in the Marrakech Palmeraie.  The menu has been created by Chef Driss Aloui, with wine pairings by Adnane Belakbil of Barbe:

Endive salad, grilled prawns on lemongrass sticks, orange, shallots, roasted sweet potato, cardamom vinaigrette

Perle Orange de Mogador: 80 dhs for a glass (125 ml) or 360 dhs for a bottle (75 cl)

Seared bass with tarragon and lemon verbena, confit fennel, slow roasted carrots, kumquat, radish

Epicuria Chardonnay: 110 dhs for a glass (125 ml) or 500 dhs for a bottle (75 cl)

Hibiscus poached pear, whipped cream, hibiscus broth

Première de Baccari blanc: 100 dhs for a glass (125 ml) or 440 dhs for a bottle (75 cl)

500 dhs per person (drinks not included), payable by cash or card on site
