Harvest Festival Brunch Club @ La Rôtisserie de la Paix [POSTPONED]
After supporting us with the High Atlas Market last autumn, La Rôtisserie de la Paix will be joining us in our brunch club lineup.
With a beautiful menu using products from the High Atlas and mocktails using seasonal herbs from Jnane Tamsna, we can look forward to a dreamy spring brunch in their beautiful gardens.
La Rôtisserie de la Paix is a family and women-run restaurant in the heart of Guéliz. Built and operating since 1949, it is a part of the cultural and historical heritage of the neighbourhood. After Omar and his son Brahim, La Rôtisserie de la Paix is now owned by his 4 daughters. They work to preserve the spirit of the place, a harvest of peace in the busy city, which hosts many species of trees, plants and birds, many planted in the 70s. The restaurant serves authentic and simple food, mostly organic grilled meats and vegetables.”
La Rôtisserie de la Paix are committed to encouraging women’s entrepreneurship and empowering rural women through supporting the High Atlas cooperatives.
