High Atlas Food Market, Les Étoiles de Jamaa El Fna 

For the third year in a row, rural cooperatives from the High Atlas region will gather in Marrakech to display their products at the High Atlas Food Market. Organized by the Moroccan Biodiversity & Livelihoods Association (MBLA) in collaboration with the Global Diversity Foundation, this bi-annual market aims to create a space where High Atlas cooperatives can connect with new urban customers, promote their products and establish long-lasting partnerships with business owners in Marrakech.

The Fifth Edition of the High Atlas Food Market (HAFM5) will take place on March 11 and 12 at Les etoiles de Jamaa El Fna and bring together 16 cooperatives from different regions of the High Atlas that specialize in producing biodiversity-friendly products including amlou, honey, dates, zamita, essential oils, walnuts, almonds and much more.
