Eating to Extinction
In this dialogue, Dan Saladino will draw on his recent book, Eating to Extinction, that was shortlisted for the Fortnum & Mason Food Book Award 2022 to discuss the past, present and future of food, the diversity of global food cultures, and how the future of our planet depends on reclaiming genetic biodiversity before it is too late. The dialogue will be moderated by Geneviève Renard.
