Earth Day Celebration: Tekchbila concert

🌎 Every year on April 22, Earth Day marks the largest celebration and environmental protest for our planet and home.

🌐 Recognized as the largest secular observance in the world, it’s marked by more than a billion people every year as a day of advocacy and action, humankind seeking its own survival. We’re proud to join the celebration this weekend, and inviting you to join the movement as well! This year, we’re celebrating nature and culture through a curation of music events at Dar Bellarj and Café Clock, including story telling, a collective ftour and more. Hope to see you there!

Tekchbila is a music residency program curated by AMME that gathers Amazigh musicians and electronic music producers in order to merge the two musical soundscapes. Its aims are to preserve and promote Amazigh music as well as forge an identity specific to the Moroccan electronic music scene. For this Harvest Festival Earth Day celebration, the Tekchbila program is inviting Moroccan pioneer electronic producer 3xOJ and virtuoso Ribab & Lutar player Yassine Watcha for an intimate after ftour concert at Dar Bellarj.
